Fresh Lobster is at times called the “King” of all seafood products even though Scallops also have regal status. You can see why they are likened to royalty, due to their impressive colour, exoskeleton and sheer uniqueness.
Please note starting weights and weights after cooking will be different. Lobsters are sold according to their starting weight and then cooked for you before they are sent out. We also supply live lobster and frozen, cooked lobster, if that’s your preference.
Both cooking fresh lobster and eating it are a real experience, but well worthwhile.
