Our Cod loins and fillets are sourced from Scotland and fisheries based on the east coast of England. Our loins are taken from beautiful Scottish 4kg+ sized fish, which means we are able to deliver to you nice chunky portions, 200g portions, or loins.
Loins and fillets are a little different. Cod loins are taken from larger fish, and are cut from the part of the fish nearer the head. The fillets, which you can also buy from us are taken from the belly of the fish. However, with these loin portions, your cooking options are galore, from baking, roasting, pan-frying even your air fryer.
