Fish for Fitness!
It’s a well-established fact within the health and fitness industry that it’s not so much how you train but how you recover that really makes the difference, with protein being the most vital ingredient to recovery. We recognise that diet is an essential part of training, especially where bodybuilding is concerned. Whether you’re training for competition, or just trying to stay healthy, a good, balanced diet is key. So we have put together a bodybuilding fish box which includes a selection of the freshest fish packed with proteins, healthy fats and vitamins.
Bodybuilding Fish Box – Packed with Protein
Fish is an exceptionally good source of protein. Tuna, for example, contains around 30g of protein per 100g serving. Similar size salmon and sea bass portions contain around 20g. Cod offers 18g. And of course, the tuna, cod and salmon portions in our bodybuilding fish boxes are a good bit bigger than that!
The fish box contains:
- 2 x 250g portions of salmon fillets
- 4 x 80g-100g sea bass fillets (2 fillets per serving)
- 1 x 250g tuna steak
- 2 x 250g cod fillets
If you require any other fish in your bodybuilding fish box that isn’t currently included, please let us know and we will be happy to try and assist you. Other such fish may include white fish like hake or oily fish like mackerel.
